Purpose

 

The Sr. RFP Analyst is associated with the Capex Management team within the Projects department.
This Analyst position shall provide critical analytical support to the group with primary responsibility for the preparation and management outwards facing RFP work for major equipment and construction services.
This position will support CAPEX model development and forecast quality control. 
 

Responsibilities

 

Support development and pre-construction of all Avangrid Renewables onshore wind, solar, battery storage and repowering projects.
Prepare and organize RFP documents process which include specifications, bid documents, bid evaluations and technical reviews. 
Works closely with Avangrid Renewables technical and construction team, act as a liaison between AGR Projects and AGR Procurement teams

Skills and Requirements

 

The desired candidate will be self directed, and possess excellent communication skills to work with both internal and external parties.
Experience in RFP processes – coordination of technical and commercial information to provide clear and concise information and direction to internal and external parties preferred. Demonstrated capability will be considered. Relevant experience will be considered for this role.
Strong analytical skills, MS Excel and forecasting skills will be considered.
